You’ll build relationships, provide guidance, and help people protect what matters most while earning performance-based income and career growth opportunities.
- Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Connect with clients via Zoom to assess needs and offer customized benefit solutions
- Educate individuals on life, accident, and supplemental coverage options
- Guide clients through enrollment with professionalism and care
- Follow up on warm leads—no prospecting or cold outreach
- Track client interactions and maintain organized digital records
- Collaborate with your team, share strategies, and hit performance targets
- Stay sharp with weekly virtual trainings and leadership coaching
