- Our client, a US Fortune 500 company and a provider of managed Health care, Pharmacy benefits & specialty areas for managed care organizations/employers / government agencies, seeks an accomplished Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

- Start time: 8:00 or 8:30am End time: 4:30 or 5pm
- First 26 days on assignment consists of training and introduction of the role
Job Summary:
Client is seeking Customer Experience Associates to support members and providers by delivering an exceptional service experience through inbound/outbound call handling, benefit inquiries, and care facilitation. This role is critical to ensuring seamless access to healthcare services, benefits clarification, and proper documentation across internal systems.
- Job Description:
- Provide service to members, providers, and clients regarding healthcare benefits, claims, eligibility, and program inquiries.
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls while maintaining PHI confidentiality.
- Educate providers on EAP services, authorization status, and claim details.
- Navigate internal systems to log and update patient/caller information accurately.
- Participate in training, remain up to date with operational changes, and support continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate compassion, flexibility, and responsiveness to customer needs and inquiries.
- Assist in identifying and escalating crises or critical issues when necessary.
- Support team engagement and assist with performance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center setting)
- Adequate hardwired internet connection (minimum 100–300 Mbps; no Wi-Fi or hotspots)
- Secluded and distraction-free workspace
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Healthcare background (e.g., UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser, Caremark)
- HIPAA knowledge
- Familiarity with benefit administration or EAP support
- Education: Associate (Preferred), High school diploma or GED required
