Part-time remote work may be considered for these full-time opportunities.

    Some of what you'll do:
  • Prepare and categorize payment and document batches; deposit, disburse and reconcile negotiables using computer applications
  • Use basic arithmetic
  • Research files, documents, and other sources to obtain or clarify information
  • Operate Rapid Extraction opening and sorting equipment accurately and efficiently multiple times per day, not to exceed 2 hours in any one session with a minimum of 1-hour break in-between scanning periods
  • Research and perform data entry into DCS computer databases
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with rules; determine and explain action necessary to achieve compliance or approval.
  • Meet production goals as defined by the work unit
  • Multitask in a fast-paced production environment under video surveillance.
  • Work in an open and diverse work environment
  • Refer or direct customers to correct internal and external destinations; Interact appropriately with a diverse customer base; treat customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times

Who should apply?

Professionals with a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of clerical experience AND the following:

10-key proficiency at 125 KPM

Keyboard proficiency at 35 WPM
