We are seeking a Dental Care Outreach Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in driving our Dental Care Outreach (DCO) and Dental Care Management (DCM) initiatives forward.

Job Summary

The Dental Care Outreach Specialist is the engine behind the success of our DCO and DCM programs. This role is responsible for supporting key operational functions and ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination. You will provide high-quality customer service through outbound outreach to dental providers and members, gather and manage data for preauthorization processing, and support internal projects that directly impact dental care outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities Include
  • Conduct 85+ outbound provider calls daily to gather essential pre-estimate information.
  • Support dental consultants and internal departments with outreach, data collection, and scheduling.
  • Develop professional reports, graphs, agendas, and branded presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage WebEx meetings, maintain complex calendars, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
  • Apply Quality Improvement tools to projects and deliverables.
  • Document interactions accurately for analysis and reporting, maintaining a 95% quality score or higher.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a proactive mindset and a passion for helping others.

    Required Skills & Experience
  • Front/back office dental office experience (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze dental information, including reading dental x-rays (required).
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
  • Experience with internet-based research and handling confidential data.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base pay will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.

Please note that the range listed represents the full base range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
