• Responsible for day-to-day operations of support and maintenance, user & access management, incident & problem management, service catalog management, automation & orchestration, reporting & analytics, integration & API management, upgrade & patch management, security & maintenance, and performance optimization


• Responsible for administering cloud SaaS-built solutions that support the business functions of NCDOT


• Daily Tier 3 end-user support will also be an essential function of this position

The ServiceNow Technology Workflows, Cloud SaaS-Built Customer Solutions and Tier 3 Support section within Business Services provides operational support for the ServiceNow Platform, in addition to implementing and maintaining Technology Workflows applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM). This section is also responsible for implementing and supporting cloud SaaS-built applications, as well as provide Tier 3 end-user support for all employees of NCDOT.The Business Services unit leads and directs all ServiceNow, Change Management, and end-user cloud SaaS applications for NCDOT.
