We’re here to help!Who Are We Looking For?We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creatively minded Integrated Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel media campaigns. This role is responsible for ensuring that all paid, earned, and owned media channels work cohesively to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth.The ideal candidate has experience managing integrated campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You’ll Do:Media Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute full-funnel integrated media strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to build holistic media plans across paid social, search, programmatic, influencer, PR, and retail media.
  • Manage agency relationships, campaign calendars, and timelines from concept to execution.
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and ensure delivery against KPIs.
  • Partner with channel owners and agencies to continuously analyze performance and optimize campaigns in real time.
  • Manage flighting schedules, creative rotations, and testing frameworks to drive efficiency and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with brand, creative, product, and business teams to deliver strong brand equity and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Serve as the internal expert on media best practices, audience targeting, and emerging media trends.
Budget & Performance Tracking
  • Manage media budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient spend allocation.
  • Track campaign performance, deliver regular reporting, and generate actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, and buying—ideally in both agency and in-house brand environments.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated media campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, SEO, and more.
  • Strong working knowledge of media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs).
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn mindset and a strong bias for action.
