• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure the event is executed flawlessly.
• Source and coordinate services such as catering, entertainment, photography, and transportation.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and timelines to ensure that events run smoothly from start to finish.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns throughout the planning process.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle the complexities of destination events.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use event planning software and digital tools.
• A creative and detail-oriented mindset to design and execute unique, memorable events.
• Prior experience in event planning is preferred but not required.
