CRM Solution Engineer
Job Description:Location: Physical location anywhere in the continental US.Work Arrangement: RemoteTypical Day in the LifeThe CRM Solution Engineer duties include:
- Partner with the sales team to support proposals, pitches, and solution presentations for clients evaluating CRM solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert throughout the pre-sales process, attending client meetings to assess business requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with business development leaders to craft compelling business cases, ROI justifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Analyze client needs and map them to appropriate business applications.
- Design and present demonstrations that showcase the full value of the portfolio solution, aligned to each client’s industry and operational needs.
- Assist in developing implementation plans, technical estimates, and project scope documentation to ensure feasibility and profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business applications solutions and participate in refining our internal demonstration environments and solution accelerators.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- You have 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role, ideally supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce.
- Preferred candidate will have experience with the Microsoft ecosystem including Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service), Modern Work and the Power Platform.
- You bring experience navigating complex sales cycles and working directly with executive stakeholders.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are confident delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of Agentic AI and how it fits into business applications is a plus
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform App Maker) are a plus.
