- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of ECRM and NECHO
- Active insurance license
- Strong organization and implement dation of BOD
- Strong understanding of navigating Underwriting
- Detailed note taking skills
- Separate working room / home office
- Strong knowledge of Billing and Payments
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of State Farm insurance products
- MUST HAVE STATE FARM EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
