- Supportive counseling related to:
- Adjustment to illness
- Lifestyle changes
- End of life
- Grief and bereavement
- Financial needs
- Family stressors and other concerns
- Mental health and intervention
- Healthcare Decision-making (advance directives, power of attorney, etc)
- School/IEP/504
- Transition to adult care
- Legal Needs
- Care transition externally and within CMH when support needs remain outside of an episode of care
- Benefits (WIC, Medicaid, SSI, Food Stamps, Housing)
- Transportation support
- Temporary Lodging via Caregiver Self-Referral to the Ronald McDonald House
- Child Care
- Parenting Support Resources
- Early Intervention Services

- Master's Degree MSW from Accredited Program
- 1-2 years experience
- LMSW KS Licensed Master's Social Worker KS must have a license in the state of primary work location upon hire and then be dually licensed in both states within 90 days of employment
- LMSW MO Licensed Master's Social Worker MO must have a license in the state of primary work location upon hire and then be dually licensed in both states within 90 days of employment
- LSCSW KS Licensed Clinical Social Worker Specialist KS must have a license in the state of primary work location upon hire and then be dually licensed in both states within 90 days of employment OR Required 90 Days
- LCSW MO Licensed Clinical Social Worker MO must have a license in the state of primary work location upon hire and then be dually licensed in both states within 90 days of employment OR Required 90 Days
