Responsibilities and Duties



Works with Brand Management and LOB partners to forecast all incoming projects



Works with creative directors to assess talent needs, acts as point of contact to schedule and confirm talent.



Works with all Creative Operations Managers (PM's) to coordinate all incoming and existing projects as it relates to creative resources



Ability to recognize internal creative needs or project risks.



Monitors creative team hours.



Assists in locating freelance needs.



Ability to match team members against projects.



Determines project risk on an ongoing basis, escalates issues as needed.



Evaluate best team makeup for assigned projects.



Monitors out of scope requests and elevates issues.



Manage and resolves resource conflicts



Manage resourcing forecast in Workfront based on input from weekly account status and workload meetings.



Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects as they relate to resourcing.



Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with department leads to address and solve those issues



Recommend process improvements for Resource Management



Work to resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current staff members



Manage communication around shifting priorities with key stakeholders



Monitors staffing and resources against assigned projects in order to meet project deadlines.



Maintains communications with appropriate Brand personnel to ensure positive workflow. Escalating exceptions and issues to Director level as required



Monitoring and enforcing project constraints (schedule / scope / resources)



Champion internal systems for higher productivity working



Run weekly resource meeting and facilitate resourcing issues / conflict resolution with appropriate department heads.



Needs to have a strong critical thinking mindset with a proven ability to analyze metrics and data in a way that facilitates decision making (working knowledge of Workfront).



Extremely detail-oriented and organized



Strong presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to relay complex themes or data in a way that is understandable for leadership
