Remote Support Specialist with Microsoft Administration Experience
We are seeking an experienced Remote Support Specialist with extensive experience and knowledge with the Microsoft ecosystem to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with complex technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and providing timely resolutions. You will produce extensive documentation on all work performed and create and maintain internal documentation related to all projects.
Upcoming Projects
We have several upcoming projects related to Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Intune. Initially, we are seeking assistance with these projects, but there is a possibility this could turn into a long-term relationship if we work well together.
Required Skills and Knowledge
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the following:
•Microsoft 365 and Office 365
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Azure, Entra ID & Azure Virtual Desktop
• Intune Device Management and Autopilot
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft Windows Server and Client OS
• PowerShell
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and determining root causes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and procedures and create knowledge base documentation.
