Twilio Flex Expert Needed to Set Up a Contact Center

I’m looking for an experienced Twilio Flex expert to help me set up and customise a contact center for my business. I already use Twilio for calls, SMS, and automation, but I want to transition to Twilio Flex for a more efficient contact center solution.

Scope of Work:

✅ Twilio Flex Setup: Enable Flex within my existing Twilio account and configure the platform.

✅ Features to Implement:

SMS Window: Real-time SMS messaging inside Flex.

Contact List: Display contacts (integrate with Google Sheets, Twilio Sync, or a CRM).

Dialler: Allow agents to call contacts directly from Flex.

Call & SMS History: Show past interactions for each customer.

✅ Integrations: Sync with my current Twilio phone numbers and automation setup.

✅ Automation: Set up call routing, automatic SMS replies, and priority handling.

✅ Training: Brief overview to help my team use the new system efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience with Twilio Flex, Twilio APIs, TaskRouter, Studio, and Functions.

Familiar with integrating Google Sheets, CRMs, or external databases.

Experience in building call/SMS workflows in Twilio.

Can work independently and provide guidance on best practices.
