Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packing Supervisor for our agrochemical division. This role is integral to ensuring that packing operations meet quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety. The position is based at our Gurgaon location, demanding experience in supervising, with a keen understanding of agrochemical products and packing processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packing operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders according to customer specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of packing personnel, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the packing area, proactively addressing potential hazards.
• Manage inventories of packing materials, ensuring adequate supply and timely reordering to avoid production delays.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and optimize packing processes.
• Monitor packing area equipment and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team for prompt repairs.
• Develop and maintain accurate packing documentation, including process logs and production reports.
• Provide training and guidance to new staff, promoting adherence to company policies and best practices.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in packing supervision, preferably within the agrochemical industry, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of agrochemical products, including handling, storage, and packaging requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail is required to ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage packing schedules and material inventory control.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Must possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different departments and personnel.
