As a part of our sustainment team, your role is to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support for the Warehouse Management Solution to continue to build value for our customers’ distribution solutions.<br><br><strong>What a Day In The Life Looks Like<br><br></strong><ul><li>On-call requirement: Be available for 5-7 shifts per year to provide support during critical system issues or outages.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related software.</li><li>Quantify problems and escalate to external vendors (ERP, Honeywell/Vocollect, RF Hardware Providers).</li><li>Oversee configuration migrations across WMS environments.</li><li>Generate and modify reports using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.</li><li>Develop and mentor WMS Super Users and Trainers on warehouse best practices.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring To The Team<br><br></strong><ul><li>BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Proven experience in WMS environments and operational troubleshooting.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.</li><li>Global experience and proficiency in English preferred.</li><li>Expertise in SQL performance, database queries, and WMS software (e.g., Körber/HighJump, Manhattan, SAP-WM).<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Do For You<br><br></strong><ul><li> A fast-paced and dynamic environment, with international clients and colleagues</li><li> Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision insurance</li><li> The option to enroll in 401K matching program</li><li> Flexible Time Off, 12 days paid holidays and 1 day of volunteer time per year</li><li> A fun, casual, and flexible work environment<br><br></li></ul>Salary range* 65,000 - 75,000 USD<br><br>This compensation range is indicative of the role.
