As a UPS Customer Support Representative, you will provide top-tier service to UPS customers, assisting with inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:

<li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email</li>

<li>Process customer requests for changes or cancellations</li>

<strong>Qualifications</strong>:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)</li>
<li>1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li>
<li>Proficient in using computer systems and software applications</li>
<li>Previous experience with UPS or shipping-related services is a plus</li>
</ul>
<strong>Preferred Skills</strong>:

<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in remote work environments</li>
