Growth Analytics Engineer
<div><strong><strong>About the role</strong></strong><br><br>Growth Analytics Engineer role will report directly to our Head of Growth Analytics, Alex Levin. This is a role that works closely with our team across multiple clients we service -- giving this individual a broad experience of how growth analytics stacks are built across multiple fast-growing businesses.<br><br>We are looking for a competent and versatile engineer with experience in helping growth and performance marketing teams that will assist our team in <strong>one or more</strong> of the following areas:<br><ul><li><strong>Advertising tracking specification, implementation, and QA.</strong> You have:<br><ul><li>Working knowledge of CDPs (primarily Segment or RudderStack), Google Tag Manager and in-platform Event Managers (Meta, Google, etc.)</li><li>Confidence with Javascript (beyond a beginner)</li><li>Knowledge of browser inspection tools (e.g. Network, Console, etc.)</li><li>Ability to accurately follow specs and create them for client-side engineers in a clear and concise manner (we love Notion!)</li></ul></li><li><strong>Growth data ETL and reporting.</strong> You are:<br><ul><li>No stranger to customized raw SQL data transformations</li><li>Passionate for ETL configuration and SQL templating</li><li>Familiar with data visualization tools like Chart.js</li><li>Experienced with Python</li></ul></li><li><strong>Internal application and workflow development on a low-code platform.</strong> You will<br><ul><li>Produce data visualizations, AI tools, and customized reports tailored to our team's needs to improve our efficiency and performance for clients.</li><li>Write connected modules in Python, Javascript and SQL (and avoid using boring infrastructure and middleware!)</li><li>Quickly prototype without clear specs - improvisation and communication is the key!</li></ul></li></ul><br><br>The level of engagement will range from hourly part-time to full-time, depending on the experience and the number of areas the potential candidate could cover.<br><br>Our ideal candidate is a full-stack growth analytics engineer that would cover all of them. Our field is interdisciplinary and we prefer generalists - no need to be a ninja in each area, just have some proven experience, be versatile and don't be afraid to go into the woods occasionally.<br><br>If you feel strong in one area and want to develop in others let's talk.
