Responsibilities

The U.S. Regional Commercial Director will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Incision’s presence in assigned territories, specifically focusing on TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, and FL. They will network, prospect, and close contracts with local hospitals and hospital systems, own and deliver sales targets through volume and velocity strategies, and creatively develop solutions. This role also involves partnering with the broader U.S. sales team, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success, representing Incision at industry events and customer meetings, and navigating hospital systems to understand procurement processes.

Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within healthcare, medtech, or related fields. They must demonstrate a proven ability to network and build relationships across organizations, exhibiting a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving. A natural inclination to thrive in a scale-up environment, coupled with self-direction and a desire to make a significant impact, is essential, alongside resilience, determination, and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with international teams. Familiarity with CRM systems and a results-driven mindset with analytical skills are also required.
