This 100% remote, temporary-to-permanent opportunity is open to candidates based in one of the following markets: Lehigh Valley/Mahoning Valley (PA), Baltimore/VA/DC area, or Pittsburgh (PA). This role requires a creative, persistent, and relationship-driven recruiting professional to source and engage hard-to-reach talent in a niche, competitive market.<br><br><strong>Compensation:<br><br></strong><ul><li>$35 – $37/hour <br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Schedule:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Monday through Friday, standard business hours <br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Senior Behavioral Health Recruiter:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Drive full-cycle recruitment for specialized behavioral health roles, including Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) </li><li>Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates, maintaining a strong pipeline in a highly competitive market </li><li>Execute creative sourcing strategies and follow-up techniques to stay top of mind with passive candidates </li><li>Attend local networking events and visit clinic sites within assigned market as needed </li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and customize recruitment efforts accordingly </li><li>Leverage the ATS to manage the full candidate workflow in real time </li><li>Contribute to employer branding and candidate outreach campaigns through innovative marketing and messaging <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications and Skills for the Senior Behavioral Health Recruiter:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prior experience recruiting BCBAs or other highly specialized professionals in small talent markets (e.g., legal, clinical, or tech) </li><li>Proven success in long-term relationship building and strategic sourcing </li><li>Strong command of applicant tracking systems and real-time workflow tracking </li><li>Comfort with market-based recruiting including local networking and potential in-person clinic visits </li><li>Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills </li><li>Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and remain persistent in talent engagement <br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Join Us?<br><br></strong>This is a high-impact recruiting opportunity ideal for a driven professional who thrives in specialized, relationship-first recruitment.
