<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Get To Know Us!<br><br></strong>WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is a healthcare third-party benefit administrator with over 30+ years of experience building unique benefit solutions and managing customized health plans.<br><br><strong>What is your impact?<br><br></strong>As a Data Entry Processor, you will operate in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for entering in claims data in a timely manner.<br><br><strong>Job Details<br><br></strong><ul><li>Part time position<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will You Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Enters claims into a database system accurately and in a timely manner (70%)</li><li>Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data (15%)</li><li>Meets or exceeds qualitative and quantitative production standards, providing support to Mailroom in opening, printing and sorting mail, assists other departments and special projects for the department as needed (10%)</li><li>Assists with special projects for the department as needed. (5%)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>1+ years related work experience in data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare office environment on a computerized claims system.</li><li>Perform with high degree of accuracy </li><li>Work independently within guidelines </li><li>Be able to adapt to new procedures and opportunities </li><li>Communicate effectively with coworkers and management </li><li>A team player<br><br></li></ul><strong>General Physical Demands<br><br></strong><ul><li>Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
