As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by providing compassionate and knowledgeable support. You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. On a typical day, you will provide full lifecycle customer service and sales support, which may include accepting inbound calls or making outbound calls for follow-ups. Your ability to listen actively and respond with empathy will be key in identifying additional needs customers may have, allowing you to recommend upgrades or additional services. Responsibilities
Assist individuals in understanding their health insurance coverages and selecting the right products and services.

Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales support, including inbound and outbound calls.

Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products or services.
Requirements
Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.

High speed internet (> 25 mbps).

Minimum six (6) months sales experience.

Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.

Strong customer service orientation.

High school diploma or equivalent.
,
Computer experience.
