The Co-ops available will support a variety of teams within the Marketing Department, including: Product Management, Product Marketing, Software Development, Creative/Design/UX, Technical Support. Our main goal for the spring is to offer students paid practical experience in an industry relating to their field of study. This experience is valuable to students as a means of allowing them to experience how their studies are applied in the 'real world', as work experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitive research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.

Assist in backlog refinement, building health backlogs, and engage in agile ceremonies.
,
Create and maintain product documentation/requirements, including user stories, specifications, and roadmaps.

Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future decisions.
,
Organize and participate in user testing exercises to gather insight and validate product concepts.
,
Assist in prioritizing features and improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.
Requirements
Must be enrolled as either a full time or part time student entering junior or senior year of a degree program, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technology related programs.

Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude; and solid customer service skills.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
