- Location: Must reside in the Dallas, Texas area.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Sales Experience: Background in sales, preferably in solar, is ideal but not required.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
- Goal-Oriented: A driven individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
