Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director for a respected national nonprofit organization committed to improving community well-being through education, outreach, and advocacy. This is a fully remote position based in New Mexico or Arizona.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Executive Director will serve as a key regional leader, advancing mission-driven programs and community engagement across Arizona and New Mexico. This role oversees fundraising, volunteer management, strategic partnerships, and public outreach efforts. Employees enjoy a robust benefits package that includes 22 days of paid time off in the first year, 11 paid holidays, and flexible summer scheduling. The organization provides a Company Sponsored Medical Employee Reimbursement Plan (MERP) and contributes 10% toward retirement after two years of employment.
