You will work with cross-functional teams including Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Enablement to build and drive deep engagement with all our partners. We are looking for a team player that is excited to work for a fast-paced organization. Reporting to the Manager of Partner Technical Enablement, you will:
- Demonstrate expertise in planning, prioritizing, executing, and follow up efficiently while proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensure timely delivery and high quality, while accommodating flexible hours to collaborate across US and EMEA time zones
- Develop proficiency in Zscaler's products and sales methodologies; contribute to designing and refining partner demos, proof-of-concept processes, and architectural workshops
- Deliver partner accreditation programs, product updates, and certifications, support monthly Partner Enablement webinars/events, and facilitate ongoing partner professional development
- Create and execute enablement plans, programs, and technical content, tailored to specific use cases and best practices for the adoption of emerging technologies
- 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of experience in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering, with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated presentation skills, with confidence in delivering knowledge to experienced and professional audiences
- Experience as a technical seller or administrator for Zscaler or a direct competitor
- Effective communicator, with the ability to build relationships across all functions
- This role requires traveling domestically within the US 2-3 times a quarter. Ability to meet these travel requests is required for the role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the partner sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, assessment, selling, delivery, support, and expansion
- Proficiency in creating interactive and adaptive e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline, combined with hands-on expertise in Zscaler technologies
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification with a strong technical foundation in networking and related systems

Expected salary: $115500 - 165000 per year
