Job description: WHO YOU AREYou have:
  • 8-12+ years of experience in influencer marketing; beauty experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of all social platforms from functionality to advertising products
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate content effectiveness and program performance
  • Solid network of influencer talent, agents, publicists, celebrities, and other industry-related gatekeepers
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to align internal and external partners swiftly
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to recognize engaging, on-brand content and influencers that align to our brand platform
  • Proficient in influencer and social media metrics and monitoring tools (e.g., Tribe)
  • Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint
