You’ll manage strategic relationships with corporate customers and franchise groups, ensuring they drive ongoing value from the platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide users through adoption, maximize product utilization, and identify growth opportunities. In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to elevate customer outcomes and satisfaction. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about customer success.Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their business needs and workflows
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure high product engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the commercial team
- Act as the customer’s internal advocate, providing feedback to product and development teams
- Troubleshoot adoption blockers and provide tailored solutions to ensure long-term platform value
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and trade shows as needed
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Experience role within a SaaS environment
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Vitally
- High emotional intelligence with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-changing startup environment
- Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
