- Responsible for day-to-day inside sales operations with focus on revenue and activity achievement
 - Provide leadership and oversight of the inside sales organization to ensure sales revenue, pipeline and targets are met and/or exceeded
 - Report on inside sales performance to management and records of all sales activity throughout the sales cycle
 - Work with product marketing teams to present services through customer calls or web presentations
 - Collaborate with marketing to execute inside sales strategies, nurturing, lead generation and revenue campaigns
 - Define, implement, and manage productivity of your team
 - Empower your team to make decisions that get results for their customers
 - Responsible for the career and skill development of your team
 - Lead your team on proactive outbound sales and lead-qualification, calls
 
- Shown success with managing, motivating and developing an inside sales team
 - Experience with prospecting, lead generation/qualification, and customer/prospect follow-up
 - Exceptional interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills required
 - Experience with presenting product materials, sales webinars and seminars as required
 - Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
 - 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software, human capital technology a plus
 
- Salesforce or a similar CRM
 - Tech stack: Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chilipiper
 - MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
 
- High-Speed Internet - A stable broadband or fiber connection (satellite is highly discouraged) with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a dedicated workspace that has a reliable WIFI signal.
 - Device for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA/2FA) - smartphone, tablet, etc.
