- Develop and execute engaging content across formats—copywriting, visual storytelling, video, animations etc., to support brand, product, and campaign needs.
- Content types can be social media posts, email graphics, website content and graphics, brochures, flyers, sell sheets, rollups, tradeshow graphics etc.
- Channel Marketing:
- Plan and deliver content strategies tailored to different marketing channels (web, social, email, trade shows, sales enablement, etc.).
- Provide channel strategy expertise to teams and recommend most effective ways to deploy assets and materials to achieve marketing objective.
- Partner with the digital team to support CMS updates (websites and customer portal), SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics-based optimization.
- Work closely with global product managers, area and regional marketing teams to gather insights, align messaging, and ensure deliverables are met. In addition to collaboration with regulatory, legal, medical and other key teams to ensure alignment towards the successful completion of projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met. Establishes priorities of individual or project assignments.
- Selects methods and techniques to lead a project to completion.
- Maintain and elevate the brand identity in every touchpoint, ensuring a consistent tone, look, and feel.
- Manages and track material effectiveness in order to modify and improve promotion development.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure that their work meets the organization’s requirements, deadlines, and budget.
- Coaching and knowledge sharing: Coaches less experienced team members and shares knowledge and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 4 years both overall and any industry-specific experience needed
- Proven experience in content development—from ideation to execution—across digital and offline channels.
- Microsoft and graphics/animation software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suits, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Enterprise web platforms (AEM – Adobe Experience Manager), Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar, social media (LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Project management experience with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge in SEO/SEM.
- Strong attention to details.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and outside vendors, as well as collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills oral and written.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or B2B marketing is strongly preferred.
