Job description: Job Description:Distributor Compensation Analyst will be responsible for paying commissions and bonuses timely and accurately on business produced through all distribution channels for Life and Retirement. The Distributor Compensation Analyst needs to communicate effectively with Agents, Regional Vice Presidents, Senior Management and Administrative Staff. The Distributor Compensation Analyst requires the ability to respond to questions regarding the calculation and payment of commissions according to the Agents Contract with AuguStar.Your role and impactHere's a glimpse of your responsibilities and the meaningful impact you'll create as the Distributor Compensation Analyst:
  • Providing effective communication to agents, Regional Vice Presidents, marketing, and management
  • Responding to questions by explaining the calculation and payment of commissions according to the type of agent contract
  • Processing work through the system while meeting accuracy and productivity requirements
  • Performing necessary controls to ensure compliance with all internal and external rules and regulations
