Are you ready to take the lead on scaling high-growth eCommerce brands in fashion, beauty, home goods, and more?At Go Fish Digital, we're looking for a Senior Manager on our Paid Social team to lead high-impact campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and beyond. You'll take charge of driving real revenue growth for our clients by crafting and executing lower-funnel campaigns that convert - then optimizing, analyzing, and scaling them like a pro.This is a leadership role on a fast-growing team within one of the most forward-thinking digital agencies out there. You'll work alongside sharp strategists, creative thinkers, and data nerds in a collaborative, performance-first environment where curiosity, experimentation, and bold ideas are rewarded.What you'll do
- Own and drive end-to-end paid social strategies for a portfolio of eCommerce clients, with a heavy focus on lower-funnel performance (conversion, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and other social platforms
- Lead creative strategy for ads - working cross-functionally with clients, internal design teams, and content creators to deliver thumb-stopping visuals and high-converting copy
- Develop multi-step paid social funnels that align with each brand's customer journey and lifecycle marketing goals
- Collaborate closely with Client Services, SEO, Digital PR, and Paid Search teams to ensure fully integrated client strategies
- Stay ahead of platform trends, betas, and algorithm changes - and bring those insights back to level up our internal playbooks
- Report clearly and compellingly on campaign performance, test results, and next-step opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders
- Own strategic conversations and guide clients through the “why” behind your media decisions, not just the “what”
- 4-6+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience with a focus on conversion-based campaigns for eCommerce clients
- Strong platform expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok; bonus if you've run campaigns on Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, or X
- Proven ability to manage large media budgets, scale ROAS-positive campaigns, and optimize across creative, audience, and placement variables
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable using platform insights, Google Analytics, and third-party attribution tools to tell the performance story
- Leadership and mentorship mindset - you enjoy helping others grow and can set a standard of excellence on a team
- Clear and confident communicator, with client-facing experience and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
