- Offer options and solutions to customers to complete the sale.
- Wrap-Up the moment to close out the customer's shopping journey, celebrating their purchases and sharing in their excitement.
- Master store products, services, loyalty programs, and Macy's sales systems and use knowledge to help customers find what they need and suggest additional items.
- Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails quickly and with a friendly attitude. Always show understanding for the customer's issues. Act promptly to provide a helpful resolution.
- Create a personal and enjoyable shopping experience that is aspirational yet accessible by using suggestive selling techniques with your customers. Utilize selling skills to help customers with their purchases.
