Responsibilities:Neonatologist Opportunity at Miami Valley Hospital – Dayton, Ohio In partnership with Pediatrix Medical GroupWe are seeking full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologists to join our well-established and respected team at Miami Valley Hospital, home to the region’s premier Level IIIB NICU. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, community-based practice that values clinical excellence and work-life balance.Position Highlights:
- Coverage of a 60-bed Level IIIB NICU
- Average daily census of 42 patients
- Approximately 4,000 deliveries and 950 NICU admissions annually
- 24/7 subspecialty support readily available
- Flexible scheduling with 7-week block rotations
- Call options include in-house or from home, supporting both local and remote living arrangements
- Affiliated with Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine – opportunities to teach residents and medical students
- Open to experienced providers and newly graduating fellows
