- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships with key brands
- Manage multiple retail and restaurant construction projects nationwide
- Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Lead project bidding, contract negotiations, and cost management
- Conduct regular client meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns
- Travel as needed to oversee project sites and meet with stakeholders
- Utilize Smartsheet and Procore for project tracking and documentation (training available)
- Identify and resolve project challenges, including budget overruns and timeline delays
- Collaborate with company leadership to maintain the firm's high standards of service and professionalism
- 5-7 years of experience managing $1M-$5M retail or restaurant construction projects
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
- Strong client-facing skills, able to represent the company professionally and build lasting relationships
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and general contractors independently
- Experience working in Owner's Representative firms, General Contractors, or construction management roles
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Adaptable problem-solver, capable of handling difficult conversations on budget overruns and project delays
- Experience with Smartsheet and Procore is a plus, but training is available
- $85K - $100K, with flexibility based on experience and value
- 100% remote work, can go in office if you are interested
