Job description: Aleknagik Technology, LLC is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Total Health Analytics Nodal Operations Support (THANOS) III. This individual will manage schedule, coordinate meetings, track documentation and support the daily functions of leadership and program staff. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position will be onsite at Falls Church, VA or San Antonio, TX, with remote work options as approved.Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to program leadership and senior staff.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage document tracking and archiving.
  • Support program events, workshops, and virtual engagements, including setting up virtual meeting tools.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new staff, including coordination of equipment and access.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and correspondence to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain professional decorum.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, including experience supporting executive-level staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Experience supporting federal government programs or healthcare projects.
  • Knowledge of government procurement, records management, or administrative procedures.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
  • US Citizen
  • Hold a Secret Clearance
