This role is pivotal in optimizing CRM capabilities for commercial teams such as sales, medical affairs, and market access. You will collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, implement scalable configurations, and manage integrated systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in system administration, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement in user experience and data quality.Accountabilities:
- Serve as the CRM systems expert, providing functional and process support to commercial teams.
- Manage Salesforce administration including user roles, flows, page layouts, dashboards, and sandbox environments.
- Identify and implement CRM improvements based on business needs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Support release management, conduct proactive system maintenance, and monitor user adoption.
- Train users, maintain documentation, manage data quality, and oversee platform communications and change rollout.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve break/fix issues and ensure smooth integration with other systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience in a regulated environment.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification; Veeva CRM knowledge strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM administration within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and compliance frameworks (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11).
- Skilled in Excel, Microsoft Office, and familiar with Veeva Nitro and integrated applications.
- Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and project prioritization skills.
