We are looking for a Head of Total Rewards to lead our Benefits and Compensation teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the total rewards strategy for a growing company on the path to IPO. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of compensation and benefits best practices.What You’ll Accomplish
- Strategic Leadership: Prepare the company for IPO readiness, including setting up an ESPP program. Serve as a strategic partner to the Founders and Senior Leadership Team. Develop a comprehensive total rewards strategy that balances competitive offerings with financial responsibility.
- Compensation Management: Design and implement competitive compensation structures (base salary, variable pay, incentive plans).Develop an executive compensation strategy to retain top leadership.Ensure transparency in communicating compensation philosophy to employees.
- Benefits Strategy: Oversee design and management of health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits. Analyze and improve ROI on benefit programs, focusing on active program management and cost reduction.
- Performance and Compliance: Maintain compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations (including Canada and India). Achieve 80% satisfaction rate with performance and compensation processes. Reduce talent attrition through competitive rewards (measured by exit interview reasons).
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, including ROI on specific programs. Manage costs within budget constraints. Report outcomes to leadership and employees.
