The market is deploying digital systems in all aspects of the electrical grid, and we see these systems as a means to increase our value to help serve the customers leveraging data into information. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, well-organized individual, to help us in the Mission Critical Power markets for North America. This person will engage directly with external customers to develop long term service contracts leveraging our digital technologies and service resources, for our mission critical markets (data center, manufacturing, etc). In this role, you will work directly with the customer to sell our product and services.How You'll Make an Impact
- Actively support and engage directly with data center and industrial customers to deliver Digital and Service agreements.
- Supply forecasts and engage in services development with the business unit bringing back strong market feedback, voice of the customer input and competitive data.
- Collaborate with marketing to help with our efforts to positively influence sales.
- Provide monthly forecasts to the business unit which will actively support leadership's decision making and business adjustments.
- Bring back good voice of customer feedback and work with the business unit to improve product or service solutions. Manage key accounts and develop account plans.
- Expected to travel approximately 50%
- Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, or Business
- An understanding of energy infrastructure, IT architecture, ERP software platforms, remote monitoring, and electric utility business models.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct technical sales experience in capital equipment and/or instrumentation and selling complete and diverse product portfolio of solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding individual and team targets
- Proficiency in customer management (CRM) software is required (Salesforce).
