You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of unit value and performance reporting for our investment products. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career at the intersection of finance, data, and reporting within a leading insurance organization.What you'll be doing
- Prepare and validate daily, monthly, and quarterly unit value and fund reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of performance and fund data through detailed control and validation processes.
- Perform reconciliations and investigate data exceptions.
- Write and maintain internal documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Fund Accounting, Product Teams, and Marketing.
- Support initiatives and projects to enhance reporting tools and processes.
- Support fund and variable product projects and reporting requirements.
- Respond to audit, compliance, and business requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ year of experience in performance reporting, investment operations, fund accounting, or a similar area.
- Strong understanding of investment performance concepts (e.g., time-weighted return, NAV, benchmarks).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, etc.).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with financial systems or tools (e.g., Morningstar, FactSet, Power BI).
- Familiarity with mutual funds, segregated funds, or insurance investment products.
- Exposure to audit or compliance processes related to performance reporting.
Expected salary: $69000 - 124600 per year
