• Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in customer service and service order management.


• Application Development: Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.


• Project Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and implement solutions.


• Data Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies.


• Documentation: Assist with project documentation and training materials.


• Liaison: Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.


• Knowledge Maintenance: Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements.


• Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer problems using defined procedures and documenting troubleshooting efforts.

• Application Development: Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.


• Billing & Finance Systems: Develop and maintain financial transaction processing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


• Performance Optimization: Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to enhance efficiency.


• Data Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies.


• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements.


• Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation and assist in training junior developers.

• Requirement Gathering – Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.


• Data Management & Reporting – Analyze billing data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.


• System Enhancements – Collaborate with developers to implement updates and enhancements in the mainframe billing system.


• Issue Resolution – Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring seamless operations.


• Compliance & Documentation – Maintain documentation for billing processes and ensure adherence to industry standards.


• Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as a bridge between business teams and IT to align billing system functionalities with business goals.

Expected salary: $65 - 70 per hour
