Job description: Everlight Solar is seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks including schedule management, organize travel, and other personal-based tasks. This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry level position. Travel required.Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).Everlight Solar is a rapidly growing company and the leader of solar energy in the Midwest. • Administrative tasks including emails and other modes of communication
• Calendar management
• Manage household projects
• Coordinate personal errands

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years old
• High school graduate (3.0+ GPA)
• Experience in administrative tasks preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Have a confident, positive personality
• Practice strong communication skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
