Job description: Everlight Solar is seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks including schedule management, organize travel, and other personal-based tasks. This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry level position. Travel required.Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).Everlight Solar is a rapidly growing company and the leader of solar energy in the Midwest. - Administrative tasks including emails and other modes of communication
- Calendar management
- Manage household projects
- Coordinate personal errands
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ years old
- High school graduate (3.0+ GPA)
- Experience in administrative tasks preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Have a confident, positive personality
- Practice strong communication skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
