This role blends engineering thinking with growth strategy-leveraging AI, automation, and data to systematize, experiment, and optimize how we generate pipeline.You'll partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing,Product, and Sales to build LLM driven content systems, Account Based Marketing (ABM) workflows, and scalable marketing experiments. - Systematize and automate GTM workflows (e.g., outbound prospecting, account research and targeting, advertising content generation, and ABM operations) integrating systems and operations marketing and LLM workflow platforms.
- Leverage AI to generate content and personalize messaging at scale across marketing and product initiatives
- Run data-driven experiments to test new strategies for customer acquisition and pipeline generation
- Support inbound and ABM motions by creating repeatable systems that power advertising at scale
- Collaborate on prompt engineering projects that serve both content marketing and product marketing use cases
- 2-5+ years in a GTM, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools such asClay, AirOps, Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, LinkedIn, Google Analytics/AdWords, Outreach,
- Proven ability to use AI and automation to streamline GTM operations and drive growth
- Systems thinker with a structured mindset, strong documentation habits, and a love for experimentation
- Experience supporting Account Based Marketing (ABM) motions at a high-growth SaaS company is a strong plus
- Bonus: Background in engineering or software development with marketing exposure
