Job description: Chapter is hiring for Experienced Consultative Sales Medicare/Benefits Advisors. In this role, you will guide Americans as they sign up for Medicare and pick a specific coverage. This is a full-time role. This is a remote role but requires in-person training which Chapter will cover. You must have previously passed the life and health insurance exam and worked in medicare sales.In this role, you will spend several hours each day advising seniors over the phone and email. We're building cutting-edge software to help our advisors work better.You should apply for this position if you are excited to set and achieve ambitious goals. We measure advisor performance based on three things:1) Customer satisfaction2) Customer retention3) Number of customers enrolledWhile your compensation will be tied to your sales performance, it does not vary based on the specific coverage you recommend, even if it is with a carrier that does not pay Chapter.
