You'll guide a team of leaders and representatives, set goals, and implement processes to achieve client success and company objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a remote EBO Self Pay Team
 - Set and monitor goals for team, client, and individual performance
 - Conduct evaluations, manage timecards, and respond to PTO requests
 - Monitor KPIs and ensure 100% of monthly collection goals are met
 - Manage team staffing, training, compliance, and performance improvement
 - Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and all healthcare billing regulations
 - Collaborate with clients and attend meetings as needed
 
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or financial management
 - 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (call center setting preferred)
 - High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
 - Strong knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and healthcare revenue cycle
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
