As Head of Growth at BRĒZ, you'll be the architect and operator of a multi-million dollar DTC growth engine—owning strategy, execution, and all key inputs that drive DTC success. This includes customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, and the full digital commerce experience. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across paid media, influencer, affiliate, website/CRO, and CRM—accountable for driving profitable, scalable growth and hitting ambitious revenue targets.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for a data-driven, performance-obsessed operator with full P&L ownership. You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Brand, and Creative to build a sustainable, customer-centric growth flywheel. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled DTC brands past $100M+, thrives in fast-paced environments, and turns insights into repeatable growth playbooks that win.Key priorities include increasing subscription take rate, reducing churn, boosting average order value (AOV), efficiently scaling paid media spend, launching and optimizing high-converting landing pages, improving digital merchandising, and building a data-driven strategy that fuels predictable, profitable growth across DTC, Amazon, and new marketplaces.What you will do:Growth Strategy & Ownership:

  • Architect and execute a full-funnel, multi-channel growth strategy including connected TV, Home marketing, and SEO, aligned with aggressive revenue, LTV, and profitability goals.

  • Maintain full ownership of the growth P&L—including forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and agile resource reallocation based on real-time performance.

  • Lead all growth initiatives across new and existing customers, with a relentless focus on ROI, CAC efficiency, and long-term customer value.

  • Identify and activate creative, cost-effective, and non-traditional growth levers beyond paid media—thinking holistically across channels and lifecycle stages.

  • Operate with high autonomy and accountability: you'll be handed bottom-line KPIs by channel and empowered to build the strategies that beat them.

Performance Marketing and Paid Media:

  • Lead acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate, and influencer channels—owning strategy, execution, and budget performance.

  • Deploy and optimize large-scale media budgets with a relentless focus on CAC efficiency and scalable, profitable growth.

  • Partner closely with the Creative and Brand teams to drive a high-velocity testing pipeline—briefing, validating, and scaling creative that performs across channels.

  • Own the feedback loop between paid performance and creative production—ensuring insights from testing inform future asset development.

  • Explore and activate emerging platforms and formats, moving quickly to capitalize on first-mover advantages.

  • Analyze performance data to uncover opportunities, improve channel efficiency, and inform future media planning.

Retention and Lifecycle:

  • Own overall performance and strategy for retention, lifecycle, and LTV growth across email, SMS, and subscription—setting clear goals and ensuring cross-functional execution delivers against them.

  • Partner closely with our Retention team to develop and optimize segmented, automated flows that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and subscriber retention.

  • Lead strategy to increase subscription take rate and reduce churn through personalized journeys, bundling, loyalty programs, and reactivation campaigns.

  • Ensure all lifecycle touchpoints reflect BRĒZ's brand, voice, and customer insights—while driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Track and report on cohort health, LTV, churn, and repurchase rates—identifying opportunities to refine retention strategy and improve customer economics.

Website & CRO

  • Own the strategic roadmap for our DTC site, aligning content updates, landing page priorities, product launches, and merchandising with growth goals.

  • Partner with our Director of CRO & CX to identify and prioritize high-impact experiments across the funnel—focused on increasing CVR, AOV, and LTV.

  • Lead landing page strategy and optimization efforts across campaigns, product launches, and acquisition funnels—ensuring performance and storytelling are aligned.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a lean, high-performing growth team across paid media, lifecycle, CRO, affiliate, and influencer.

  • Maximize team output by developing clear priorities, optimizing workflows, and aligning resources to business goals.

  • Manage and mentor talent—setting a high bar for performance, ownership, and accountability.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, Finance, and Ops to ensure alignment across the entire growth engine.

  • 8–15 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or eCommerce, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role

  • Proven success scaling a DTC brand from ~$50M to $300M+ in revenue

  • Experience managing $15M+ annual marketing budgets

  • Deep expertise in paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), retention (email/SMS), CRO, and creative testing

  • Strong cross-functional leadership across growth, ops, finance, CX, and creative

  • Effective at blending performance and brand strategy, with strong business instincts and analytical rigor

  • Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, Looker, GA4) and CRM/marketing automation platforms

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder presentation and relationship-building

  • Ability to lead and support both remote and on-site teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Familiarity with the CPG, wellness, or lifestyle space strongly preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills; adaptable and solution-oriented

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
