Job description: OverviewHow you can make a differenceThe Senior UX Designer will have a deep understanding of our products and the end-to-end user experience, leveraging insights to guide strategic design decisions that drive meaningful user outcomes. In this role, you'll lead specific journeys in the member experience, creating intuitive, mobile-first solutions that simplify complex processes. You'll own and continuously optimize experiences, fostering innovation and adoption in the HSA, HRA, and Benefits RA domains. By collaborating closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers, you'll influence product vision and significantly enhance our members' lives.What you’ll be doing
- Design and deliver intuitive, engaging, and mobile-first experiences specifically targeting the end-to-end journeys for members
- Lead design initiatives from discovery through implementation, actively engaging in user research and iterative design to continuously improve the member experience.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to understand business objectives and translate these into user-centric design solutions, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle
- Create clear and simplified user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clarify complex reimbursement processes.
- Own and advocate for the end-to-end member journey, synthesizing research and insights, creating detailed personas, mapping comprehensive user journeys focused on claims and reimbursements, and tracking engagement metrics to measure success and guide continuous improvements.
- Clearly articulate and present design decisions to stakeholders, providing evidence-based rationale derived from user insights and research
- Proven experience leading UX design for customer-facing applications, preferably within payments, claims, and reimbursements related to medical expenses.
- Strong track record in designing mobile-first applications that simplify complex user journeys.
- Understanding of the claims and reimbursement process in healthcare benefits, including familiarity with regulatory compliance and privacy considerations.
- Expertise in human-centered design methodologies and user research practices, adept at deriving actionable insights to drive design decisions.
- Proficiency in Figma & FigJam for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly presenting design strategies and user insights to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented approach to visual design, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards across products.
- Experienced facilitator, comfortable leading discovery workshops and design sessions that encourage innovation and alignment across teams.
