Job description: Job DescriptionJob Description:We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to partner with the Sterile Product Development (SPD) leadership team to support the strategy and operations of the organization. This position will have an opportunity to represent the SPD function on key strategic initiatives and a variety of opportunities for cross departmental collaboration (e.g. Finance, Quality, Procurement) across the development areas collaborating with various chiefs of staffs.The incumbent will report to the Associate Vice President, SPD with the following responsibilities:Coordination and organization of departmental staff and extended leadership team meetings, team building activities, and key departmental reviews including crafting agendas/logistics, facilitating meetings by organizing topics based on urgency, taking notes, recording action items, keeping action item log and follow up as neededCreating SPD yearly schedule/calendar of governance, tech reviews, and departmental meetingsOwn/Manage SPD Planner App and SPD Power BI Pipeline Tracker to help manage pipeline priority, metrics, program assignments, and resource utilization.Work with data science to manage the data, add new fields, organize data, visualizations in Power BI, and ensure compliance within SPDWorking closely with SPD leadership team to map resources to program needsManaging weekly escalation meetings, following up with staff on actions, and escalating topics to higher level escalation forumsCoordinating governance reviews meeting summaries: working with program leads and SPD leadership teamCreation and Tracking of Yearly Priorities and KPIsExecution of the SPD communication strategy (e.g digital tools, drafting new hire or organizational announcements);Influencing alignment and interdependence of the SPD leadership team and extended leadership team through surveys, and facilitating 2-way feedback sessionsIn collaboration with SPD staff and Finance, managing SPD financial stewardship such as capital forecasts, manufacturing and non-manufacturing forecasts, travel forecasts, lab supply spend, and tracking performance against forecastsIdentifying process improvement opportunities, branding opportunities, building organization strategyCreating presentations and content germane to sterile product development, as neededRequired education, experience and skills:BS degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related disciplines with at least 6 years of experience in industry or academia, OR a MS degree in chemistry biology, biochemistry or related disciplines with at least 4 years of experienceExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.Current Employees applyCurrent Contingent Workers applyUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
