You will be responsible for problem solving, mapping, submitting SFTP/JIRA/GIS requests and other EDI related activities as assigned. You will develop and strengthen relationships with internal/external customers and be an advocate on behalf of the customer by identifying opportunities for positive change.What you'll be doing
- Problem solves EDI issues, engaging IT when necessary.
- Track and analyze system defects and enhancements.
- UAT for system updates/enhancements as needed
- Understand File mapping & coding logic for rule creation
- Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for EDI, assess the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
- Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of EDI.
- Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for EDI.
- Application of critical thinking skills to analyze issues and supports driving resolution of escalated issues.
- Familiar with JAVA and SQL coding
- Working knowledge of LFG Admin systems (Ardis, Converge, etc.)
- Acts as product expert, relationship builder, service advocate, and problem solver to ensure customer's expectations are met or exceeded via proactive situational analysis and problem resolution with a high priority to customer satisfaction.
- Communicates effectively with management, team, and advisors.
- Evaluates team work loads and service levels to ensure tasks are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
- Shares technical knowledge with existing team members.
- Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines. Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
- Remains current in profession and industry trends.
- Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by: - Making suggestions for improvement- Learning new skills, procedures and processes
- Performs other duties as required.
- Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- 1 - 3+ Years experience in business systems analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
Expected salary: $53500 - 96300 per year
