As a HR Comp Benefits Procurement Specialist, you will be part of the global procurement team supporting the manufacturing organization via procuring HR, Comp and Benefits products and services. • Lead global category management for HR and Compensation & Benefits procurement, including supplier mapping and contract management.


• Develop and execute category strategies using spend analysis, benchmarking, market trends, and cost modeling.


• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing objectives and support M&A activities.


• Identify and negotiate with strategic suppliers; establish preferred supplier lists and competitive rate cards.


• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and ensure supplier continuity through risk assessments.

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience of HR, Compensation and Benefits products and services, including 1-2 years in indirect procurement at a multinational company.


• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, including category management and contracting.


• Proven negotiation skills and experience drafting contract terms.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or Finance.
